Power Pack Cheela
Ingredients
- ½ cup Power Pack Mixture
- 2 tbsp Curd
- Water as needed
- ¼ cup Onion & Vegetables
- Ajwain pinch
- Salt to taste
Method
- Prepare medium-thick batter.
- Rest batter for 10 minutes.
- Heat tawa properly.
- Spread batter evenly.
- Cook both sides well.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Power Pack Mixture
- 2 tbsp Besan
- ½ cup Curd
- 1–1.25 cup Water
- 1 tsp Ginger-Chilli Paste
- Turmeric pinch
- Salt to taste
- ½ tsp Eno
Method
- Mix mixture, besan, curd & water.
- Prepare thick smooth batter.
- Add spices and rest 20 minutes.
- Add Eno and mix gently.
- Steam for 12–15 minutes.
- Mash lightly for locho texture.
- Add tempering before serving.

Vegetable Paratha
Ingredients
- ¾ cup Power Pack Mixture
- ¼ cup Wheat/Nutritious Atta
- ½ cup Grated Vegetables
- ½ tsp Jeera
- ¼ tsp Ajwain
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Oil
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Add little water gradually.
- Knead soft dough.
- Rest dough for 10–15 minutes.
- Roll gently into paratha.
- Cook evenly on tawa.

Vegetable Handvo
Ingredients
- 1 cup Power Pack Mixture
- ¾ cup Curd
- Water as needed
- 1 cup Bottle Gourd
- ½ cup Carrot
- 1 tsp Ginger-Chilli Paste
- Turmeric pinch
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Eno
Method
- Mix mixture, curd and water.
- Add vegetables and spices.
- Rest batter for 30 minutes.
- Add Eno and mix gently.
- Pour into greased pan.
- Add tempering on top.
- Bake at 180°C for 25–30 min.
