Ingredients

  • ½ cup Power Pack Mixture
  • 2 tbsp Curd
  • Water as needed
  • ¼ cup Onion & Vegetables
  • Ajwain pinch
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. Prepare medium-thick batter.
  2. Rest batter for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat tawa properly.
  4. Spread batter evenly.
  5. Cook both sides well.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Power Pack Mixture
  • 2 tbsp Besan
  • ½ cup Curd
  • 1–1.25 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Ginger-Chilli Paste
  • Turmeric pinch
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ tsp Eno

Method

  1. Mix mixture, besan, curd & water.
  2. Prepare thick smooth batter.
  3. Add spices and rest 20 minutes.
  4. Add Eno and mix gently.
  5. Steam for 12–15 minutes.
  6. Mash lightly for locho texture.
  7. Add tempering before serving.

Vegetable Paratha

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup Power Pack Mixture
  • ¼ cup Wheat/Nutritious Atta
  • ½ cup Grated Vegetables
  • ½ tsp Jeera
  • ¼ tsp Ajwain
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Oil

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Add little water gradually.
  3. Knead soft dough.
  4. Rest dough for 10–15 minutes.
  5. Roll gently into paratha.
  6. Cook evenly on tawa.

Vegetable Handvo

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Power Pack Mixture
  • ¾ cup Curd
  • Water as needed
  • 1 cup Bottle Gourd
  • ½ cup Carrot
  • 1 tsp Ginger-Chilli Paste
  • Turmeric pinch
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Eno

Method

  1. Mix mixture, curd and water.
  2. Add vegetables and spices.
  3. Rest batter for 30 minutes.
  4. Add Eno and mix gently.
  5. Pour into greased pan.
  6. Add tempering on top.
  7. Bake at 180°C for 25–30 min.
