Nutritious Atta Soft Roti

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Nutritious Atta
  • ½–¾ cup Warm water
  • 1 tsp Oil/Ghee
  • Salt (optional)

Method

  1. Mix atta and salt.
  2. Add warm water gradually.
  3. Knead soft dough properly.
  4. Add oil and knead again.
  5. Rest dough for 15–20 minutes.
  6. Roll medium thickness rotis.
  7. Cook evenly on hot tawa.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Nutritious Atta
  • ½ cup Methi leaves
  • 2 tbsp Curd
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • Pinch of Turmeric
  • ½ tsp Jeera
  • ¼ tsp Ajwain
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Add little water gradually.
  3. Knead semi-soft dough.
  4. Rest dough for 10 minutes.
  5. Roll thin theplas evenly.
  6. Cook with light oil on tawa.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Nutritious Atta
  • Water as needed
  • ½ cup Paneer / Potato
  • Mixed vegetables (optional)
  • ½ tsp Jeera powder
  • ½ tsp Coriander powder
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. Prepare soft dough and rest.
  2. Prepare stuffing mixture.
  3. Stuff dough carefully.
  4. Roll gently into paratha.
  5. Cook with minimal ghee.
  6. Serve hot with curd.
