Nutritious Atta Soft Roti
Ingredients
- 1 cup Nutritious Atta
- ½–¾ cup Warm water
- 1 tsp Oil/Ghee
- Salt (optional)
Method
- Mix atta and salt.
- Add warm water gradually.
- Knead soft dough properly.
- Add oil and knead again.
- Rest dough for 15–20 minutes.
- Roll medium thickness rotis.
- Cook evenly on hot tawa.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Nutritious Atta
- ½ cup Methi leaves
- 2 tbsp Curd
- 1 tsp Oil
- Pinch of Turmeric
- ½ tsp Jeera
- ¼ tsp Ajwain
- Salt to taste
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Add little water gradually.
- Knead semi-soft dough.
- Rest dough for 10 minutes.
- Roll thin theplas evenly.
- Cook with light oil on tawa.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Nutritious Atta
- Water as needed
- ½ cup Paneer / Potato
- Mixed vegetables (optional)
- ½ tsp Jeera powder
- ½ tsp Coriander powder
- Salt to taste
Method
- Prepare soft dough and rest.
- Prepare stuffing mixture.
- Stuff dough carefully.
- Roll gently into paratha.
- Cook with minimal ghee.
- Serve hot with curd.
