Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Nutri Heal Protein Powder
  • ½ Banana (mashed)
  • ¼–½ cup Water/Milk
  • Cardamom pinch
  • add ½ tsp ENO
  • Few drops Ghee

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients into smooth batter.
  2. Cook on low flame like pancake.
  3. Keep slightly thick for softness.

  2. Pure hot water in it
  3. Stir continuously to avoid lumps.
  4. Cover with a lid for 5 minutes.
  5. Add boiled vegetables .
