Mix Millets Soft Roti
Ingredients
- 1 cup Mix Millets Atta
- ¾–1 cup Warm water
- 1 tsp Oil/Ghee
- Salt (optional)
Method
- Mix flour and salt.
- Add warm water gradually.
- Knead soft slightly sticky dough.
- Add oil and knead again.
- Rest dough for 10–15 minutes.
- Roll gently using dusting flour.
- Cook on medium flame evenly.

- 1 cup Mix Millets Atta
- ½ cup Methi leaves
- 2 tbsp Curd
- 1 tsp Oil
- ½ tsp Jeera
- ¼ tsp Ajwain
- Pinch of Turmeric
- Salt to taste
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Add little water gradually.
- Knead soft dough properly.
- Rest dough for 10 minutes.
- Roll thin theplas evenly.
- Cook with light oil on tawa.

Ingredients
- ½ cup Mix Millets Atta
- 2 tbsp Curd
- Water as needed
- ¼ cup Onion & Capsicum
- Ajwain pinch
- Salt to taste
- ENO pinch
Method
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Prepare medium-thick batter.
- Rest batter for 10 minutes.
- Spread evenly on hot tawa.
- Cook both sides properly.

Ingredients
- ½ cup Mix Millets Atta
- ½ Banana (mashed)
- 1–2 tbsp Jaggery
- Water/Milk as needed
- Cardamom pinch
- ENO pinch
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Prepare smooth batter consistency.
- Heat tawa on low flame.
- Pour batter like pancake.
- Cook both sides evenly.
- Serve warm and soft.
