Mix Millets Soft Roti

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mix Millets Atta
  • ¾–1 cup Warm water
  • 1 tsp Oil/Ghee
  • Salt (optional)

Method

  1. Mix flour and salt.
  2. Add warm water gradually.
  3. Knead soft slightly sticky dough.
  4. Add oil and knead again.
  5. Rest dough for 10–15 minutes.
  6. Roll gently using dusting flour.
  7. Cook on medium flame evenly.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mix Millets Atta
  • ½ cup Methi leaves
  • 2 tbsp Curd
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • ½ tsp Jeera
  • ¼ tsp Ajwain
  • Pinch of Turmeric
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Add little water gradually.
  3. Knead soft dough properly.
  4. Rest dough for 10 minutes.
  5. Roll thin theplas evenly.
  6. Cook with light oil on tawa.

  • ¼ cup Onion & Capsicum

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients well.
  2. Prepare medium-thick batter.
  3. Rest batter for 10 minutes.
  4. Spread evenly on hot tawa.
  5. Cook both sides properly.

  • ½ Banana (mashed)
  • 1–2 tbsp Jaggery
  • Water/Milk as needed
  • Cardamom pinch
  • ENO pinch

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Prepare smooth batter consistency.
  3. Heat tawa on low flame.
  4. Pour batter like pancake.
  5. Cook both sides evenly.
  6. Serve warm and soft.
